Steel or aluminum + PTFE
Different from the traditional double-layer material of steel/aluminum + PTFE film, the self-developed steel/aluminum + PTFE can be customized according to customer needs, and its performance, friction coefficient and wear amount are better than similar foreign products. The friction coefficient is less than 80% of similar foreign products, and the service life is 1.2 times greater than that of similar foreign products.
In harsh chemical environments, metal-backing can be made of steel and aluminum. As an alternative to the inner diameter fine-tuning process, this structure can be machined to achieve tight inner diameter tolerances. The thicker PTFE ensures noise isolation and a gap-free bushing design. Mainly used in car seat adjustment systems, door cover hinges, bicycle bowl sets, brake grips, foot pedals, forks, etc
