Aluminium + bronze alloy
With aluminum as the matrix material, the surface sintered CuPb10Sn10 or CuSn6Zn6Pb3 material, the copper alloy surface can be processed according to the working conditions of various types of oil grooves, oil holes, oil holes, etc., in order to be suitable for occasions where oil cannot be continuously refueled or difficult to refuel.
The main features are as follows:
1.High load capacity, good fatigue strength at higher temperatures;
2.Mainly used in balance bridge bushings, gaskets, bulldozer driven wheels, rollers, automotive steel bushings, etc。
3.Besides, making bearings,we can also make plates or other shapes according to the customer's working conditions.
